COVID-19/Coronavirus Update

Tickeri has been monitoring the current COVID-19 outbreak and working closely with event organizers to ensure appropriate steps moving forward. We are experiencing heavy call, email and social media volume and appreciate your patience and understanding as we work hard to respond to all inquiries. We are working with event organizers to provide you with the most up-to-date information regarding event changes and cancellations. The easiest way to contact Tickeri is via email or the form on our contact page. Our team is working around the clock to ensure the safety of event attendees, artists, employees, and local communities.

Event Canceled due to Coronavirus

If an event was canceled by the event organizer, your entire purchase, including the ticket price and any Tickeri fees should be refunded to you in full.

Event Postponed/Rescheduled due to Coronavirus

If an event was postponed or rescheduled, we suggest getting in touch with the event organizer directly as they will be able to provide answers to any questions regarding new dates, possible refunds, or new event details. In many cases, you will have the option to reuse your tickets for the new date or request a refund. It is up to the event organizer to decide if rescheduled events are refundable or not based on their refund policy. Do I have to print my tickets?

For most events you may just show your tickets on your mobile device but we do recommend you contact the event organizer to make sure they allow mobile tickets.

My event was canceled. Can I get a refund?

If an event is canceled Tickeri will automatically refund your order including any ticketing fees. If you have any questions about the status of your refund please contact us.

My event was rescheduled. Can I get a refund?

Every event organizer has their own refund policies for each event. Some events may have a refund option while others will not but you may re-use your tickets for the new date. You should receive an email from Tickeri or the event organizer with details regarding your options. Haven't heard from us yet? Contact us to get more information or reach out the promoter direclty by using the contact organizer button on the event page.

I can’t attend my event. Can I get a refund?

Unfortunately, all sales are final. We can only provide refunds if an event is canceled or rescheduled. So that your tickets don’t go to waste, we recommend your try to sell or giveaway your tickets to someone you know. Once you do, contact us so we can update the name on your order to the person that will attend the event.

Can I transfer my tickets to another person?

Yes! Just contact us so we can change the name on your order.

My credit card was declined but I still see a processing charge on my account.

If your card is declined due to an error such as incorrect billing address or incorrect CVV you may see a processing charge in your account, but since the transaction was declined this charge will be removed from your account within 48 to 72 business hours.

I have questions about an event.

If you have questions about a particular event listed on Tickeri, the easiest way to get answers is to contact the event organizer by clicking the 'Email the Promoter' button displayed on the event you are interested in. This will open a form where you can contact a promoter directly. You may also find the promoter’s phone number on the event page and event flyer.

I completed an order but my tickets have not arrived yet.

When you complete a purchase on Tickeri your tickets are sent within seconds. If you do not receive an email with your tickets within 5 minutes please check your promotions or spam folders, in most cases you will find your tickets there. If you do not see the Tickeri email in either your inbox, promotions folder, or spam folder, please contact us so we can resend your tickets. If you are a registered Tickeri user (which we highly recommend!) you will find your tickets under the "my tickets" link in your account page.

I can’t find my tickets and I’m on my way to the event

If you have tried reaching out to us after-hours and our team has not been able to reply to your message about your missing tickets, dont worry! The event organizer also has access to a list of attendee names so you can also provide your ID at the entrance of the event venue for admission.

I’m organizing an event. How do I sell tickets on Tickeri.com?
