I'm a promoter. How do I sell Tickets on

We thank you for your interest in wanting to sell with! It’s fast and easy to get started, if you have an event coming up, create your event on for free. Got questions? Do I have to print my tickets?

We recommend that you always print your tickets, however, if for some reason you are unable to, call the promoter or venue to see if they can check you in without your ticket.

How do I print my Tickets?

If you are registered to Tickeri, you can click the "Account" link in the top right corner of the page. From here you will see links to view all of your purchased orders along with the individual tickets. Additionally, after completing every order on Tickeri, you will also receive an email with your tickets attached.

If you are not registered on Tickeri, you should have received an email with the an attachment to print your tickets.

Can't seem to find your tickets? Contact us and we can help you find your tickets or resend them you.

I've got questions about an event.

If you have questions about a particular event listed on, the easiest way to get answers is to contact the event organizer by clicking the 'Email the Promoter' button displayed on the left side of the event you are interested in. This will open a form where you can contact a promoter directly.

Can I get a refund if I can’t get to an event?

We're sorry you can't make it to the event. Promoters may have varying policies regarding refunds, but the standard policy of artists, promoters, and venues is "No Refunds or Exchanges". You may though, request to have your ticket transferred to another person.

Can I transfer the ticket to a friend’s name?

Yes, you can transfer tickets to a friend or family member. Just give us a call to request the ticket be reissued to a new name.

My event was canceled or rescheduled. Can I get a refund?

At Tickeri, we're fans too, and when an artist, venue, or promoter cancels or postpones an event, we feel your pain! We work as hard as we can to make refunds as painless and as quick as possible.

If your event was canceled, in most cases you won't need to do a thing: we'll inform you of the cancellation and refund the amount you paid for your tickets, including all fees on the same payment method used for purchase.

If your event was rescheduled, we'll contact you with the new date and time as soon as we can. Can't attend the rescheduled show? Contact us with your name and order information and we'll do everything we can to help! Just click here to contact us.
