If an event was canceled by the event organizer, your entire purchase, including the ticket price and any Tickeri fees should be refunded to you in full.
If an event was postponed or rescheduled, we suggest getting in touch with the event organizer directly as they will be able to provide answers to any questions regarding new dates, possible refunds, or new event details. In many cases, you will have the option to reuse your tickets for the new date or request a refund. It is up to the event organizer to decide if rescheduled events are refundable or not based on their refund policy.
