Three time Grammy Award Winner Oscar Hernández has long been considered one of the most gifted and prominent pianist/ arrangers on the Latin-jazz and salsa music scene. Oscar Hernández has recorded and performed with artists such as Tito Puente, Celia Cruz, Julio Iglesias, Juan Luis Guerra, Ray Barreto. He was the Musical Director/Conductor for “The Capeman” Paul Simon’s Broadway musical.

Oscar Hernandez is the leader & producer of the Grammy winning “Spanish Harlem Orchestra”. Oscar performs regularly with SHO and is also recently performed & musical directed the world tour of Ruben Blades & Seis Del Solar. Additionally, currently living in Los Angeles, he performs with his Latin Jazz Quintet, “Alma Libre”. Recently, Oscar worked with Gloria & Emilio Estefan as arranger/orchestrator for the hit acclaimed Broadway musical,”On Your Feet” He is world recognized in the music business as being one of the best in the world at what he does.
