I'm a promoter. How do I sell Tickets on

 How do I print my Tickets?

If you have purchased Tickets from Tickeri and are logged on the to the website, you can click the "My Tickeris" link in the top right corner of the page.  From here you will see all your purchased orders along with the individual tickets.

You have the option of printing the tickets individually by clicking 'View Ticket' or can print all at once by selecting 'Print All'


 My event was canceled or rescheduled. Can I get a refund?

At Tickeri, we're fans too, and when an artist, venue, or promoter cancels or postpones an event we feel your pain! We work as hard as we can to make refunds as painless and as quick as possible.

If your event was canceled, in most cases you won't need to do a thing: we'll inform you of the cancellation and refund the amount you paid for your tickets, including all fees on the same payment method used for purchase. 

If your event was rescheduled, we'll contact you with the new date and time  as soon as we can. Can't attend the rescheduled show? Contact us with your name and order information and we'll do everything we can to help! Just click here to contact us.
