Jiory Garcia born in the Dominican Republic lived his childhood in San Pedro de Macoris, a province rich in culture and where Caribbean music is part of their daily lives. It is here where his fondness and inclination for popular rhythms began. Jiory’s admiration for Bachata artists from the ’80s and ’90s like Antony Santos, Juan Luis Guerra, Aventura, and his passion for Bachata, led him to form with 2 friends the Bachata band “Grupo 24 Horas“.  The band made the Billboard charts with several number 1 hits. They achieved great acceptance from the public recognizing them as singers and composers. With these successes, they were able to tour large stages in many cities both nationally and internationally, including New York City’s Madison Square Garden, and performed on popular US television shows such as Sabado Gigante, Despierta America, and many others.
