MOCO Mania Event Categories & Movement Standards
MOCO Mania will feature two competitive categories: Complete and Compete.
Complete Division (Teams of 2)
The Complete division is designed for athletes whose goal is to successfully finish the full circuit. Participants will have approximately 90 minutes to complete the course. Weights will be lighter to ensure the event is challenging yet manageable.
This division is strongly recommended for individuals who have never participated in a competition before and would like to gain experience before advancing to the Compete division.
Compete Division (Teams of 2)
The Compete division is intended for experienced athletes who have previously participated in competitions and are confident performing movements according to established standards. This division features heavier weights and stricter movement requirements.
All teams will complete the following movements. Each station is preceded by a 400-meter run or walk (1 lap around the track), completed 8 times throughout the event.
Walking Lunges – 100 Yards (Split with Partner)
• Male Complete: 30 lbs (each hand)
• Male Compete: 40 lbs (each hand)
• Female Complete: 20 lbs (each hand)
• Female Compete: 30 lbs (each hand)
Goblet Squats – 100 Reps (Split with Partner)
• Male Complete: 40 lbs
• Male Compete: 50 lbs
• Female Complete: 30 lbs
• Female Compete: 40 lbs
Bodyweight Step-Overs – 100 Reps (Split with Partner)
• Male Complete: 20-inch box
• Male Compete: 24-inch box
• Female Complete: 20-inch box
• Female Compete: 20-inch box
Burpee Broad Jumps – 100 Yards (Split with Partner)
• Male Complete: Chest does not need to touch the ground
• Male Compete: Chest must touch the ground
• Female Complete: Chest does not need to touch the ground
• Female Compete: Chest must touch the ground
Bear Crawl – 100 Yards (Split with Partner)
• Same standard for all divisions
Dumbbell Snatches – 100 Reps (Split with Partner)
• Male Complete: 25 lbs
• Male Compete: 40 lbs
• Female Complete: 15 lbs
• Female Compete: 25 lbs
Farmer Carry – 100 Yards (Split with Partner)
• Male Complete: 35 lbs (each hand)
• Male Compete: 50 lbs (each hand)
• Female Complete: 25 lbs (each hand)
• Female Compete: 35 lbs (each hand)
Kettlebell Swings – 100 Reps
• Male Complete: 35 lbs (to eye level)
• Male Compete: 50 lbs (overhead/American swing)
• Female Complete: 25 lbs (to eye level)
• Female Compete: 35 lbs (overhead/American swing)
