No está permitido ingresar alimentos ni bebidas externas.

Todas las bebidas y consumos estarán disponibles a bordo del barco.

Está estrictamente prohibido ingresar con:

• Armas blancas

• Objetos punzocortantes

• Cualquier objeto considerado peligroso

El incumplimiento resultará en denegación de acceso o expulsión inmediata del evento sin reembolso.

⚠️ Conducta y Seguridad

Todos los asistentes deben seguir las instrucciones del personal del evento y de la tripulación del barco.

Cualquier conducta inapropiada, agresiva o peligrosa puede resultar en expulsión inmediata del evento sin derecho a reembolso.

🚗 Estacionamiento

El estacionamiento no está incluido con la compra del ticket.

Las ubicaciones sugeridas de parking son referenciales.

El organizador no se hace responsable por:

• tarifas de estacionamiento

• disponibilidad

• daños

• robos

• remolques (towing)

• o cualquier incidente relacionado con el estacionamiento

El asistente reconoce que participar en un evento a bordo de una embarcación implica riesgos inherentes.

Al asistir al evento, el participante acepta y asume voluntariamente dichos riesgos.

Al adquirir este boleto y/o asistir al evento, el participante otorga de manera expresa, irrevocable y gratuita su consentimiento a GLOBAL FEST EVENTS LLC, sus afiliados, representantes y autorizados, para capturar, grabar, reproducir y utilizar su imagen, voz y/o apariencia física mediante fotografías, videos u otros medios audiovisuales durante el evento.

El participante autoriza el uso de dicho material en cualquier formato o medio, incluyendo pero no limitado a:

• Redes sociales

• Plataformas digitales

• Sitios web

• Publicidad impresa y digital

• Campañas promocionales y comerciales

Este uso podrá realizarse a nivel mundial, de forma indefinida y sin limitación territorial, sin requerir notificación previa.

El participante renuncia expresamente a cualquier derecho de compensación, pago, regalías o reclamación futura derivada del uso de su imagen, voz o contenido audiovisual.

Asimismo, el participante libera y exonera a GLOBAL FEST EVENTS LLC de cualquier responsabilidad relacionada con el uso legítimo de dicho material conforme a esta autorización.

⚓ Important Event Information

⚪ Dress Code

This is a White Edition event, therefore the dress code is all white attire.

Entry to the event may be denied if the dress code is not followed.

For safety reasons, high heels are not permitted on board.
No exceptions.

🍹 Food and Beverages

Outside food and beverages are not allowed.

All drinks and refreshments will be available for purchase on board.

🚫 Weapons and Prohibited Items

It is strictly prohibited to enter the event with:

• Firearms

• Knives or bladed weapons

• Sharp objects

• Any item considered dangerous

Failure to comply will result in denied entry or immediate removal from the event without refund.

⚠️ Conduct and Safety

All attendees must follow the instructions of the event staff and the boat crew at all times.

Any inappropriate, aggressive, or unsafe behavior may result in immediate removal from the event without refund.

🚗 Parking

Parking is not included with the purchase of a ticket.

Suggested parking locations are for reference only.

The event organizer is not responsible for:

• parking fees

• availability

• damages

• theft

• towing

• or any incidents related to parking

⚓ Assumption of Risk

Attendees acknowledge that participating in an event on a boat involves inherent risks.

By attending the event, participants voluntarily assume all associated risks.

All sales are final.

• refunds

• exchanges

• transfers

By completing the ticket purchase through Tickeri, the buyer confirms that they have read and fully agree to these terms and conditions.

📸 Media Release & Authorization (Image, Voice & Likeness)

By purchasing a ticket and/or attending this event, the attendee hereby grants GLOBAL FEST EVENTS LLC, its affiliates, representatives, and authorized parties, the irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, and royalty-free right and permission to photograph, record, capture, and use the attendee’s image, likeness, voice, and/or appearance in any photographs, video recordings, or other audiovisual media taken during the event.

The attendee authorizes the use, reproduction, distribution, publication, display, and adaptation of such materials in any format or media now known or hereafter developed, including but not limited to:

• Social media platforms

• Websites

• Digital and print advertising

• Marketing and promotional campaigns

• Audio and audiovisual productions

This authorization is granted without any compensation, payment, or future claims, and the attendee expressly waives any right to inspect or approve the final use of such materials.

The attendee further agrees to release, discharge, and hold harmless GLOBAL FEST EVENTS LLC from any and all claims, demands, or liabilities arising out of or in connection with the use of such media, including any claims related to privacy, publicity rights, or defamation.
